Your day-to-day role

You’ll be at the heart of the customer experience — much more than just an advisor.

  • Welcome each customer with professionalism and authenticity
  • Understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Clearly explain repairs and billing (without complicated jargon)
  • Manage work orders with accuracy from start to finish
  • Ensure consistent follow-up between the customer and the shop
  • Advise customers on vehicle maintenance according to manufacturer standards
  • Deliver a customer experience that exceeds expectations, every time
  • Perform any other related duties

Your profile

  • Experience in the automotive industry
  • Comfortable with computer systems (Reynolds is an asset)
