Your day-to-day role
You’ll be at the heart of the customer experience — much more than just an advisor.
- Welcome each customer with professionalism and authenticity
- Understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Clearly explain repairs and billing (without complicated jargon)
- Manage work orders with accuracy from start to finish
- Ensure consistent follow-up between the customer and the shop
- Advise customers on vehicle maintenance according to manufacturer standards
- Deliver a customer experience that exceeds expectations, every time
- Perform any other related duties

Your profile
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Comfortable with computer systems (Reynolds is an asset)
