Your Daily Mission

As a Parts Specialist, you will be the conductor of our inventory and service departments:

  • Greet and advise customers (at the counter and over the phone) with brio, offering them the best solutions and accessories.
  • Accurately provide the necessary parts to the shop to keep repairs running smoothly.
  • Receive, label, organize, and order parts. You ensure that nothing is missing and everything is in its place.
  • Track special orders, manage returns, and collaborate with suppliers to track down the "impossible to find."

The Profile We Are Looking For

  • You hold a competency card (CPA) or have solid experience in the field.
  • You have a "smile in your voice" and put customer satisfaction at the heart of everything you do. 
  • You know how to manage priorities (and emergencies!) without losing your cool.
  • You collaborate naturally with service advisors and mechanics.

Salary

  • ​​​​​​​$21 to $30 per hour, based on experience
