We are currently looking for a dynamic and customer-focused BDC Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer communications, following up on web inquiries, and handling customer claims and satisfaction processes. Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Call Management

  • Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and efficient manner

  • Make outbound calls to schedule and confirm appointments

  • Contact existing customers to promote various services

  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

  • Ensure thorough follow-up on all assigned files

Web & Digital Communications Management

  • Handle all incoming internet inquiries individually

  • Respond to emails, text messages, and live chat requests

  • Analyze incoming requests and determine the appropriate response strategy

  • Ensure prompt and effective follow-up using the customer’s preferred communication method

Claims & Customer Satisfaction Follow-Up

  • Receive, document, and follow up on customer complaints

  • Immediately inform management of any problematic situations

  • Maintain detailed records of claims and customer issues

  • Participate in developing and improving customer satisfaction programs

  • Collect information necessary to measure customer satisfaction

  • Prepare monthly reports on customer satisfaction performance

  • Contribute to the development of customer follow-up questionnaires

Administrative Duties

  • Update and maintain the customer database

  • Review customer file history before making contact

  • Produce activity and performance reports

  • Participate in developing call scripts to help achieve appointment-setting goals


Schedule

  • Monday to Thursday : 7:30 to 4:30PM
  • Friday : 7:30 to 2PM

  • 25$/h
